Right front rythmatic noise

Default Right front rythmatic noise

I have a 98 blazer i love it, but ive been hearing a annoying almost rubbing sound coming from my right tire, the tire isnt wearing funny, but at high speeds my truck rattles. could it be ball joints or tie rod ends, or do i just simply need a alignment? PLEASE heLP!
