Default Shocks or Coil springs?

I was looking to make my 2000 trailblazer drive a bit smoother and more quiet, even handle turns a little bit better. I was wondering If i should just get shocks or coil springs, or both? Not sure.

Your springs shouldn't be bad unless it is sagging. The shocks will affect the ride the most.

As far as ride height, what are you measuring to? 67" must be the top of the truck, cause it sure isn't the frame.

Ya it is to the top of the truck and my suspension is warn about 146000 miles so I was assuming they are probably bad. How long do stock shocks last normally anyway? And what ones would fit a 2000 blazer 4dr 4wd?
