Default stock blazer driveshaft to s10 driveshaft

hey guys i got a question i have a 2000 gmc jimmy with the stock drive sfat still. i have the rough country 2.5 inch lift with a recently added set of s10 z85 leaf pack with a extra added leaf. my problem is that it pushed my rear axle back about a inch or so and lifted it about another inch or 2 so my stock drive shaft has moved woth the lift and the slip yolk slipped out about a inch or so. im affraid that it will slip out completly and fall onto the floor. i wanna know what driveshaft i can use to fix this problem to give it back its oem fitment. if i lift the rear tires off the ground it prob will fall onto the ground

Something about this just seems wrong, I don't know what to tell you. I don't see why it would move the axle further back.

Try jacking the rear end up so the axle is at full droop, see how far out it is. You may not have a problem.

you should be ok if its only an inch further out. My old 5" TrailMaster lift pulled my rear driveshaft out about that, and it was/is fine. I wonder the driveshaft lengths of a 2wd blazer, or a 4 door std?

jack up rear of blazer by hitch or frame tell the rear end is hanging in the air, then see if it fall out if not then it may not unless you really droop that rear axle hard in a jump or wooptiedoo.
