Stripped filler plugs

Default Stripped filler plugs

Any ideas for removing stripped filler plugs on front and rear diff? The front maybe just he man it with some channel locks? Not sure on the rear though. Also, any idea where to get replacements?

If your a good welder you can weld a nut to it. My 85 is stripped I just filled it using the vent hole
