Sway bar drop kit?

Sway bar drop kit?
I have a 1990 full-size Blazer. I just put a 6" suspension lift on truck. The sway bar bolted right back on, but is it the right angle? I have heard of a drop down kit and have been told to get one. Anybody done this or is it necessary? Thanks!
