Don't know what vehicle you're talking about, front or rear sway bar, year etc.
You shouldn't have to remove the sway bar, possibly just loosen the bolts on the bracket that holds it so it can rotate easier.
But basically you only have to soak the bolts/nuts in PB Blaster or whatever kind you use, undo the bolts paying attention to how they're situated on the bolt (what bushing, where in order - take a pic to refer to), clean the threads with a wire brush, slop some antiseize on the threads & reasemble them. I'm not sure of the torque on them though.

You may find that the top 'bolt' is actually just a washer with threads on it so you might need to get a pair of nuts (giggity) that will fit on the studs.

Yup true enough, that bolt (if it's the front sway bar) has that threaded washer on top (I know a 2002 2nd gen has them). A pair of slip joint or vice grip pliers will get ahold of it.

Moog makes a good product from my experience. I know that Advance also has these bushings and from what I have read they are a top quality brand as well and at least the ones near me keep them in stock. As soon as I finsh this post I am going to go buy them myself.
