Default TCCM Code 1 Fix?

I was following directions on the following link
https://blazerforum.com/forum/tech-articles-diy-29/4x4-no-worky-maybe-will-help-7180/
And I got the following code- 1 - When the ignition switch is positioned to RUN the TCCM test to determine if RAM standby Power (maintained battery power) to the TCCM was lost since the ignition was last turned OFF. When power is interrupted on pin C6 of the TCCM, the TCCM stores a loss of RAM standby power.

How do I fix this problem?? I don't know where the TCCM fuse is all I can find is a 4x4 fuse inside of the car
