Not sure i can handle changing out the control arms. and i am sure i dont have the proper tools to do it. How much would it cost to have someone else do it?

Try bringing it into a reputable alignment shop and have them take a look at it for you. Most shops won't charge you just to take a look and give you a list of parts that need to be replaced.

They'll also give you an estimate for the job.

If it is just the upper A-arm, those are fairly easy to replace. The harder job is finding one in great shape rather than buying a new aftermarket one.

If it cost too much. It is going to be parted out.
