I have 2000 Blazer ZR2 and was wondering if there is any way to tell if the torsion bars are set to factory adjustment.

there is a thread on here about how to set the ride hight of our blazers,
that will cover the torsion bar question, just keep in mind though, the bars do sag a little over time, and a few turns to re-adjust is not uncommon..
look around and locate the thread, and all your questions will answered
