Transfer case control module( no power )

Default Transfer case control module( no power )

Had a leak in the tran. Pan fixed a week or so ago and now there is now no power to the transfer case controls Checked fuses. Not sure there is a loose wire or what they did . Any one have similar issues?

Still left out a few words Year, make, model, transmission, transfer case model?

Ya that would probably help. 97 blazer LT auto 4x4, nv233. Sorry man.

There are 5 4WD circuits that ground to the rear of the right cylinder head. Not easy or fun to get at, but they need to be checked. They may have been bumped when the transmission work was done.


There are 5 fuses that need to be checked. Do not remove the fuses while testing them. Using a volt meter, connect the ground probe to battery negative, and touch the positive probe to each terminal, of each the fuses listed below:









GUAGES fuse #4, 10 amp, must show battery voltage in CRANK and RUN positions of the ignition switch.


PKLPS fuse #3, 20 amp, must show battery voltage at all times.


4WD fuse #19, 20 amp, must show battery voltage at all times.


TURN B/U fuse #16, 15 amp, must show battery voltage at all times.


CRANK fuse #20, 20 amp, must show battery voltage in the CRANK position only.
