So I'm backing out of the driveway today and I select 4HI , all the lights for the 4wd switch go out and it throws the dash light... The only check i have done so far is read the code, U1026 lost communication with TCCM...Ill do my diagostic this weekend and we will narrow it down.

My issue was just a fuse .... Does anyone know if maybe 4x4 cannot be selected when moving in reverse ? owners manual doesn't say you cant and i wouldn't think that would cause a fuse to pop....
