Default Upper control arm bolt

Hi all I'm in the process of putting a lift kit on my 2000 blazer. I'm almost finished with it however a bolt in the upper control arm seems to be frozen to the sleeve of the bushings. I've tryed everything to get it out. I've heated it soaked it in pb tryed hitting with a hammer and anything else I could think of. So I'm just looking for some ideas of how I might be able to get it off so I can finish this lift and get the truck back on the road and trail. Thanks for any help
