Default Upper control arm bushings shot

OK, so typical. got the ball joint on the passenger side of the wife's "saphire" (2000 blazer 2wd). And once I get the spindle off of the old ball joint I notice how loose the control arm is. Sure enough I can lift it up and see the rubber in the bushings are shot, and I mean nearly gone. Fortunately she only drives maybe 10 miles in a day only a couple days a week for now. Gonna pick up the bushings tomorrow. I just need to find my custom made getup I used on Little Easy (our old 95 GMC Jimmy 4x4) to replace the bushings on that arm. This should be easier since the rubber is gone I just have to press the new one's IN. But something is different (no suprise going from the 4x4 to 2wd). So when I worked on Little Easy I had to reset the alignment by loostening the two bolts on the top of the control arm bar. But on this one the Bolts mount from the side. Negating any way of adjusting the alignment. Is this corrrect? I mean there should be a way to adjust camber and caster, right? Couldn't find anything on searches yet.

the arm mounts with 2 18mm bolts in the inside of the frame through the wheel well, they shim out those bolts to adjust camber. The driver side are a real PITA dure the exhaust, steering shaft and brake lines, the best tool I found for mine was a 18mm ratcheting wrench

Well thankfully these are on the passenger side. But it looks like the bolt heads are on the outside. They seem to have some kind of no-turn bracket over them.
