Vibrate & humming

Vibrate & humming
I just installed new hubs in the front. Now I am noticing a hum/whine and a little vibration thru the gas pedal. I thought I may have gotten a bad hub so I replaced the new set and no change. It gets more noticeable the faster I go. It does sound like a bearing noise. I have no clicking sounds on turns so I am ruling out CV axles. This is for sure coming from upfront somewhere. Any ideas? 2004 LS Blazer 4x4

Because you have a vibration in your front end...
I'd have them balance the wheels too.
If you are lucky, they will be able to do the alignment. If you are not, they are going to tell you what other components in your front end are failing.
The front section of the factory service manual runs through multiple causes of vibrations
