vibrations

Hello! I dont mean to bug you guys but want another person's take on what this issue could be. I recently made my own transmission spacer to try and get to get the pinion angle to with 2 degree (was 3 before) then started having a bad vibration at high speeds and a wobble at low speeds like 15mph cruising in neutral it wobbles up and down. So it shakes in neutral and in gear. I took the spacer out so its back to when it didn't shake at all and its still shaking! So I dont believe its pinion angle... any ideas? So far I've rotated tires in hope it was that... Its a Chevy Blazer 2dr 2wd with 2 degree 3" angled blocks on the JTR setback plates. Angles are currently 7.2 at trans, 5.4 at shaft and 5.2 at diff. Maybe I'm getting vibrations because I was supposed to have straight blocks for a 2dr but when I first threw on these blocks the ride had very minimal vibrations.

Actually noticed the rear driver side is 1 inch lower than the passenger side... Can a bad leaf spring do this? Would it create a wobble/vibration like this? Or could this be the doings of a shock?
