i guess you should start with a few things:
What do you consider cheap?
Are you doing it yourself or having a shop install?
How high do you want to go?
How long do you want it to last?
ton of good advice on the forum but a little more specifics can go a long way. Also the specifics of your vehicle as it is now would help.

I would suggest cranking the factory t-bars the 1.5 inch you can safely go. Use shackles on the rear. Then order a body lift.

Aftermarket keys are a waste of money. The factory keys cranked lift it the same amount. Past 1.5 inches you stress the ball joints and cv axles cause them to wear out faster. Since all they do is reposition the starting point higher they crank the t-bar exactly the same, the ride is the same as cranked factory bars.

The guys around here are still having cv shaft and ball joint problems with the rough country lift. I said it wasn't worth the money when it came out and still stand by that.

i plan on goin with the Shackle and Torsion Arm/Key lift from eBay. i wanna crank the keys to 3'' in front and do an add-a-lift to the rear, plus the longer shackles. that should give my 3 total inches of lift, without screwin with the body

You crank the front over 1.5 inches you better buy a lot of spare ball joints and cv axles. Don't forget a good jack and jackstands. I'd also suggest getting an air compressor and air tools if you don't have them. I wouldn't bother putting loctite or antiseize on anything frontend related, its not gonna have a chance to come loose or rust up as much as you about to be tearing it apart to replace parts.
