As far as 2dr vs 4dr... Suspension lift techniques, no. Body lifts are different.
I wouldn't recommend actually trying to make it a total of 2". Stick with 1.5" torsion bar crank on the front and do a 2" shackle lift on the back. This would be the cheapest bet.
What does she want out of the truck? Just a little higher ride or is there a need for larger tires?

heres one for a 6" http://4wheelonline.com/Products.asp...oductId=124069
i didn't see any 4" lifts during my search, but i could have missed something
also what size tires are you thinking?
you can run 31s safely with a 2" body and a shackle lift+t-bar crank
it all depends on tires size

hmm i like the 6" its just mean looking but way to much for her. as for tires shes thinking around 31's to 33's. think what we will end up doing is the body lift and wait till she has more money and i have a job to get her something bigger
