I'm looking at getting a body lift for my '96 4 door 4x4. Dose anyone have pics of their plazer with just a body lift? how hard to install? where can i get a kit? what size tire is suggested with a body lift? thanks

 

Well as far as the pics of a lifted 96 blazer, i would go to cardomain.com and search blazers, dont search s10 blazers as most people just list theres under reg blazers. Theres tons of pics and its also a place to get sum great ideas.

 

2" body lift and you can fit 31" tires.

To get 32" tires you need 5" of lift, suspension is the safe way to do it.

3" body lift is the maximun allowed by law in my state of Illinois.

33" tires will require firewall modifications.

Going with anything other then the factory backspacing on the wheels will make fitting even stock size tires troublesome.
