Default Cheap sway bar disconnects

This is K5 related, but are there any cheaper sway bar disconnects other than the kit ORD's offers? I hate spending $100 on a kit that cost probably under $50 to make.

Just make your own. I made mine for my blazer for around $25 including new bushings.

K5's have a different sway bar set up. Still can be done, but a little more complicated than the s-series.

Google K5 sway bar disconnects and there's a few threads that talk about home made ones.

Make some similar to the ORD ones, looks like some steel plate, tube, bushings and a large pin.
