RE: Check this blazer out
Does this setup limit anything? No hard offroading etc? Put wear on other parts of the vehicle?

RE: Check this blazer out
Is the T-bar lift replacing the keys? or is that just the rate a shop charges to crank up and measure the t-bar cranking? lol

RE: Check this blazer out
No, the $50 was just the cost of an alignment after cranking them yourself.
The setup I have really has no real downside as far as i'm concerned. My t-bars are still within factory specs, the truck rides a little stiffer, but that doesn't bother me at all. It performs AWESOME offroad, the larger tires really help with clearance, not to mention the body lift keeping the body just a bit more away from obstacles. The air shocks are adjustable and help with towing. They also enhance articulation offroad (actually, that may be one downside, you'll experience a bit more sway on-road. I don't drive like a maniac so it doesn't matter to me).
Larger tires will always put a bit more wear on the suspension and steering. You'll go through idler arms, wheel bearings, and ball joints a little more often...but again, it's well worth it.

Jigg.........You put 2.25" shackles but only an inch t-bar crank. Was that just compensating for Blazer sag in the rear. I have a 05 so no sag as of yet

Yes and no, I had a bit of sag, but not all that much. The rear end of my blazersits 2" higher than the front end:

RE: Check this blazer out
So why dont you get keys or somthing so you get the full 2 inch lift in the front?

RE: Check this blazer out
Two reasons:
1. Because i like having a little bit of rake to the truck
2. Because cranking the torsion bars any higher will put more stress on my front end and make the ride even stiffer. The more you crank, the more likely you are to throw grease out of the cv-joints and to wear out your ball joints faster.

There a way to just have the t-bars mounted higher? Without cranking the snot out of them...
