Lift for a 2004 Trailblazer, is it out there??
Hey one of my soldiers has a 2004 TB 4x4 and he is looking to lift it to run 33's. I called the big names like fabtech, Procomp and Skyjacker and they all said no!! We want to stay away from a body lift, but if we have to run one in conjunction with a suspension lift to accomodate 33's then we will. Hey brother, any help out there. Thanks for your time and support'in the troops.
Nobody makes a lift kit for the Trailblazer. This is as close as you can get:

I think GM's design of the Trailblazer was to keep the center of gravity as low as possible to prevent roll over. That is what I think is keeping companies from producing a suspension lift. I think it is physically impossible unless you did some custom work to get the drive line above the oil pan. The Trailblazer's front suspension will not lend itself to a kit due to the increased roll over potential. Your soldier may have to settle for a body lift....
Then there is this below. It's from a Japan based company, but it seems kinda sketchy.

Hey brothers thank you all so much for the "legwork". It looks like rabbit0102030 hit it. I went on that website and I think the coil spacers will work. There was a link to installation location. We are in barstow, ca at the National Training center and there are several close by. I have done several lifts and I was going to help, but I am leary about messing with coil springs. Again Thanks to all.
