Default liftin a blazer, got pix?

hey guys,, i'm new here,, i'm lookin for a lift for a blazer, wanting to clear 265 75 16's,, mostly because i have an overstock in them for my old truck and don't wanna sell em,, id rather find a good use for em,
i'm gettin ready to buy a blazer somewhere in the 97-2000 years , 4 door, for a second vehicle and a huntin truck,,
so heres the questions,,,,
1. anyone know of a good (cheaper) way to lift it,, (ps.. no body lifts please, had bad experiences nuf said)
and 2. anyone have any idea where to find 16" rims that will fit a blazer.
if someone had the combo already please send pix, and what you've done,,
i'm just now gettin used to the site so take it easy on me
thanks

Well, you are basically throwing cheap out the window. To clear those 31+" tall tires, you're looking at putting in a 4+" suspension lift. Seeing as how I couldn't find a 4" lift, looks like you are stuck going to the 6" lift.

Here's an article from TrucksMag.com. The article is on the 6" lift by Superlift which retails for ~$1800...

Body lift is the way to go if you want to lift your truck cheap... otherwise, you're looking at $1200 + or a hell of a lot of fender trimming.

will have pics posted very soon we have to get a new memory stick as our dog got a hold of the one tha had the pics of my rig on it. i only paid 575 plus shipping for my lift and 200 to instal it. if you wantground clearancethen get a suspension lift, going for looks then get a body lift, but can really go wheeling on a body lift as you have stock ground clearance.
