Default RE: Polyurethane bushings

I've been running the poly bushings and end links on my front sway bar and had them on the rear sway too, but I ditched the rear swaybar completely for offroading. I also installed the leafspring shackle upper(frame mount)urethane bushings a few days ago. That was a minor pain. Now I need to do the ones in my leaf springs andcontrol arms. I'm not to comfortable burning the rubber bushings out of the leafsprings because I don't want to heat the leafs, but I think I will try burning the control arm rubber bushings out, much better than cutting the sleeves.
