Well changing the off set will keep the tires from rubbing on the frame and sway bar at full lock. The problem you will run into is with the outside edge of the tires and the back of the fender well

I know this problem. But it is cause the rims have a larger backspacing I believe and also are 10" wide.

yeah thats what i was referring to
