Wow..ok 1st:
Macro setting. Use it.
2nd. That amazing. I would have a voicemail to RC immediately. Did you have the kit professionally installed?

yeah i would definitely be calling them and get them to send you 2 new ones free of charge. since the other one has a chance of breaking too.

Where did they fail that you have all the pieces of the key..? Were you putting them in? Or overnight they failed, and you came out this morning to find pieces in the driveway?

RE: Rough Country Lift Failure
I've got a friend who has had his RC kit in for a few weeks now and his new ball joints, all 4 of them are toast. He also said it wouldn't align after he installed the kit. They dictated 21" ride height from the center of the hub to the fender... Are these kits made in china?
I was going to buy this kit but, after talking to him I decided to call rough country. They assured me that something was wrong with his installation( control arms only go in one way) for them to be off AN INCH!!!
So, after reading this post, it's safe to say I won't be buying this kit!

I cant imagine how this could be due to an installation error. Gee... this makes me feel so much better about my kit...
