it says vehicles under 10,000 gvwr are only allowed up to 2 inches of lift. can you do a loophole and buy 11,000 plates. every one in indiana used to do that cause it voided them of emissions. or plate the car in neighboring state if possible.

what about just putting 2 inch leaf springs up front lol. and keep the receipt in the glove box. when you get pulled over be like see, 2 inch lift
