so i got this compressor..
alright, i picked up a york engine driven compressor from school today. it's used, of course, but easy fixed. anyway, does anyone know where i can get some fittings for this bad boy because i tore the shop down looking for some and he didn't have any.
Ok, you might want to try waiting more than 55min 2sec!
Fittings should be a relative easy thing to get. Can you be more specific as to what you require? My compressor is plumbed with 1/2" pipe after which I a 1/4" IP coupling that allows my 3/8" hose to attach. Everything I required was purchased at Home Depot, but any hardware store will carry it.

He did wait longer than that.....it was 55 minutes and 3 seconds! LOL!Sorry, I couldn't help myself Kyle! [sm=joke.gif]
..... yes, as Kyle stated Home Depot or any hardware store will carry what you need. We bought the fittings for my brothers bag job on his 86 GMC 1/2 ton at Home Depot.

LOL yeah! I noticed I hit the wrong number after I submitted it, but I didn't feel like correcting it. I just love it when someone posts asking questions without even the most basic of information to attempt to help them, then gets impatient because people aren't falling over each other trying to answer the vague question.
Now looking at this, it is a compressor for an air suspension right? Well, seeing as how it is in the suspension section - to which I didn't even notice originally. So my response was about my air compressor in my garage - LOL.
As for what fittings to use for YOUR air suspension, well, use whatever you like, but I have to believe that these types of things are just as standardized as pretty much every other thing, but it will depend on the volume of air you need to move (size of the supply lines & fittings) and I would imagine how expensive of parts you want to get.
But yeah, we really need to know more information about what exactly you are trying to accomplish as well as what you already have, equipment wise, to accomplish it. Things like model numbers, etc, etc would be nice. We can't read your mind.
