It would fit with a lift as mentioned above, I don't think I've seen many on 24's but I saw a video of one on 26's and I think it looks terrible but do what you want with your car.

I had 24's on my 03 s10 without any lift at all. 2wd, just had to "modify" the inner fender wells. Haha

there is a guy at my local car audio place that has 24's on his second gen he said he didn't alter anything to make them fit
