dober, Rather than drag this thread further off topic and conflict with its original intent, please create a new thread in the Lifting Tech section asking these questions. You may also use the search function to find further information about some of these questions.

Your welcome.
To answer your next question.
2" lift fits 31" tires, stock rims.
5" lift to fit 32" tires, or 3" body lift and massive fender trimming.
6" lift and fender trimming to fit 33" tires, or 3" body lift and massive fender trimming.
Cranking the torsion bars is like taking the springs out of your truck. It WILL ride harsh, not just for the passengers but for the suspension and drivetrain components too. The torsion bars are the springs that control teh axles movement over bumps, potholes, etc. When you restrict there movement you add tons of stress to teh rest of the suspension and drivetrain. That stress will prematurely end the life of those parts, thus costing you a ton of money in repairs. I bought my truck in '03 with 27,000 miles on it. I put 30" tires within 2 months of ownership. I have been driving the truck for 6 years and it has 166,000 miles on it. The only suspension part I have replaced is one half shaft and one bearing. I still have the facotry balljoints, tie rods, etc.
IMHO, 30" is the biggest you can go affordably.
31" tires bring up a hole host of issues. Scroll throught eh tire forum and see all the discussion about them. Is it really worth a 1/2" more ground clearance?

whats a good place to get a 2" body lift for 2001 blazer? my blazer has 80,000 on it thats why im sketchy about the t-bar crank. but i read that if you grease everything and keep up on the maintnance i should be fine with 1.5" t-bar crank.

Define fine?
Retorical question.
I believe there is only place to get the body lift anymore. Performance Assecories is the manufacture. They have several vendors, Superlift, Summit Racing, LMC, etc.
