Default 96 Blazer tire question

Alright first time poster here, gonna sound a bit dumb but oh well.

I have a '96 Blazer LT 4x4 4door v6 4.3L.

The upper ball shaft on the drivers side went out on it, replaced it, the tire and rim that was on it was damaged.

The original stock tires and rims that was on it when I bought it were
235/70 15
I was wondering if 235/75 15s would work on it as well.

Best Regards,
Rex

Typing it up on an iPhone sometimes auto correct pulls crap like that replacing words, either that or not really paying attention. Thanks for the information.
