Looks wicked man! I'm in the process of doing similar, I got the tb's cranked and shackles on now.

On my 95 4dr blazer LT I just put on a 2" pa body lift, 2" add a leaf and 1.5" tbar crank. The 31s fit perfectly with my stock alloys. didnt have to trim anything, but i removed the plastic off the front and rear bumpers just in case. You shouldnt have any problems!
