Default Any guess on these rims bolt pattern?

Alright, so I have a 1997 Blazer and to my understanding the bolt pattern on my Blazer is 5 X 4.75" right? My friend has some 22" Chrome rims with brand new tires on them for $300 (for the set) and that's a deal you just cannot pass up. We tried putting one of the rims on, and it won't fit! The bolt pattern on the rim is unknown, but it is VERY close to fitting. Anyone have some ideas what bolt patterns it could be? I want to try and get adapters to make it work. Thanks!

5x120mm is pretty close and is quite common with newer cars. 5x5" was common with older 2wd truck but is not as close. Like CWBDDSC said: You'll have to measure the distance between two non-adjacent bolt holes (center to center) and Google.

For 5 lug isn't it measured from the center of one to the outer edge of the other?

5x120 would physically fit. My guess would be 5x5 or 5x4.5, probably 5x4.5 (5x114.3) as it's an extremely common bolt pattern. Jeeps, small fords and tons of cars use it. Each stud would be off by 1/8", and not knowing what his definition of "close" is. That could be close.
