what is the biggest tire size i can put on stock rims that is on a stock 2002 blazer?

30x9.5r15 without rubbing issues.

 

I think he means on the stock rim... with no bar on the lift?

 

30x9.5R15 on the stock rim is the biggest you can go with stock ride height without facing rubbing issues.... anything equal to or taller than 30" in height AND wider than 9.5" will cause rubbing issues at stock height.
