What all would have to be done to a 96 chevy blazer ls 4x4 to 275x70x18 I'm already planning on lifting it came across a good deal on the tires and rims

 

To run 275x70x18 or a different tire cause I like the wheels they came off a early 90s camero trying to get suggestions
