RE: looking for some cheap 8 lug rims
For a 14.5" wide tire, you need to be looking for at least a 11" wide rim to keep things happy. The general rule of thumb is to be within 4" when comparing the rim width and the tire width.
As far as cheap rims, there are several steel rims that would be quite economical. It all depends on what look you want. You can see browse through TireRack.com and see what you like as well as what fits within your budget.

Cost target? Do you already have the tires?
Also, this might not be the proper place to ask, but knowing your other threads, what gears do you have in your axles now? Anything less than 4.10s and it is going to be awful tough turning those 35s.

No have been pricing tires for about a month now. Yes I know about the gears, I am going with 4.56 or 4.88 with a locker out back and a lunch box locker in the front.
