I built the shackles my self. Total cost was 6.41 for materials and 4.99 for a can of flat black. I did the install myself. Shackle dimensions: 10 inch total length 2" by 1/4" flat steel. a 3" peice of 1 inch round stock for stability in the center. 8" center 9/16" bolt holes.

I bought the tires new off of e-bay. 555.98 plus 40.00 shipping for a total of 595.98. 130.00 for mount balance and sipeing plus one used rim for a spare tire since I had no spare before.
