Need help figuring out what to run
i would pair up a 4" suspension lift with the 2" body lift but the 4" lift is out of my price range. Do they even make 4" body lifts(excuse my ignorance, i'm just getting into offroading and dont know all that much at the moment)?
https://blazerforum.com/forum/suspension-tech-12/lift-kit-list-16313/ That thread contains every lift for the blazer.
As you can see there isn't a 4", 5 is as close as your gonna get. And both the 2" suspension lifts are a waste of money because a t-bar crank and $40 shackles do the same thing.

you might MIGHT be able to pull off 265/75r15's
are you SURE your tires are 31's right now? not to sound like a jerk, but in order to stuff 31's under a 2gen at a minimum you would need a t-bar crank and something for the rear (shakles, add-a-leaf, etc)
you can get 30x9.5's under there.... but i would bet $$$ that either your 31's aren't 31's OR you have more under there than you think (ie: not stock) under there
**EDIT**
wait, what? are you suggesting 31's to yourself after saying you are riding 31's?
or
are you saying you in fact have 31's on stock and are just tearing the hell out of them and are now lifting to correct it?
if so, you could probably do the 2" SL and 2" BL and rock 265/75r15's but i'm not 100% and you will probably run into the same rubbing issues
