Default Need Some new A/T's for the Blazer

So I'm needing to get some new tires on my 4wd blazer, im a poor college student and can only afford to get the tires from wal-mart (putting them on the credit card). I don't like having to put it on the card but when I was changing the oil the other day I noticed that there was like a 2inch thick ring of dry rot on the inside sidewall of the front passenger tire and do not want to have a blowout on the interstate and die lol. My two choices are Goodyear Wrangler Radials $79 or Uniroyal Liberator A/T for $144. Anybody have any experience with either tire? Which would you choose?

Liberator A/T | Uniroyal Tire
Wrangler Radial (P) | Goodyear Tires

With the msrp on the Goodyear's being $128 i was leaning towards the wrangler's based on what an incredible deal it is at $79. I've read mixed reviews on the wranglers, havn't really been able to dig up anything on the Liberators.

I got some info from other people on the wranglers from a post I made. Search for goodyear wranglers?? I had some on my other truck and I noticed a few small slits radially. It looked like the sidewall started to split, they were small and barely noticeable. No known cause of it, did not curb or hit anything.

I ended up getting the Wranglers, I just couldn't pass up the price of them. All in all I am happy with them, can't wait for winter so they can play in the snow lol.
