I'm new here so please forgive if this is the wrong thread to post in. Just picked an 03 Blazer 2dr LS. Great shape. Always wanted one question is...I noticed while I was undercoating it , behind the rear wheels the wheel well liner stops short ,leaving the tailpipe and rear of the leaf totally exposed to whatever the tire throws at it, mainly in my case the concern is snow and salt, (ontario Canada) . There is a flat area, a vertical panel, part of the wheel opening I believe with 2 bolt holes in it, just behind the tire which I'm thinking might be a mounting spot for some type of add on cover to protect the parts from getting snow and salt etc thrown at it by the tires. I've looked on line but can't seem to find any info on the existence. Any info would be gratefully appreciated. Here's a pic Pic if what im talking about
