Default Rim and bolt Pattern Info!

Hey guys am new to the forum, and i know they have this somewhere in here but i havent been able to find it. I need to know what bolt pattern i have, i want to get some Cragar soft 8's like most of you guys have on here, but am not sure whitch ones to get becuase of the Bolt pattern. i dont care about the back spacing, i kinda want them to stick out a little bit. I have a 98 4 door blazer LS, 4x4. I have 16 inch tires so i need to get a 16 inch rim. Can you guys help me out?
