Default Tire help question

I have a 2002 chevy blazer LS 2wd. A friend of mine has an extra set of stock 2008 Jeep Wrangler rims. He offered me to take them for the winter since I have nice aftermarket rims and tires. So my question is will they fit before I even try to mount one?

Wrangler TJ 5 on 4.5
Wrangler CJ 5 on 5.5
Wrangler JK or Unlimited 5 on 5
As far as I know Jeep doesn't use any 5 on 4.75 lug pat... so take en and trade via Craigslist for a set of 2wd S10/Blazer/Sonoma/Jimmy, etc rims
