Default Tire & Wheel upgrade

I am thinking of purchasing some new wheels and tires for my truck. The wheel size is 22X9 and the tires are 275/45/22. The company I'm buying them from says they will fit. I just wanted to ask to be sure if there will be any rubbing problems ?

Those look sweet. The calculator brings those tires to 31.7" tall. I'd say, just from what I've read here, you might have rubbing without a 2" lift.
