wheel adapters...where to find??

Default wheel adapters...where to find??

Hey all, i just sold my chevy 1500 and i kept the 22's from it and i'm wanting to put them on my new ride which is a 2001 chevy blazer ls....the bolt pattern on the pickup was 5 on 5, is there any adapters/spacer that i can get to make these fit on the blazer??? thanks

go to this site and these guys have adapters for almost any application. Just need to know both bolt patterns from old to new.
