Default wheel help

im having a bit of a problem.. im looking for new wheels for my blazer but im having trouble. I found some wheels that have a 3" backspace with a -25.00mm offset. They are 15"x7" and 5x4.75 bolt pattern. Will that fit a 2004 chevy blazer? another wheel I was looking at is 15"x7" wheel with 3.750" backspacing with -6.00mm offset. would those fit? would I need wheel spacers? im new at this. thank you for your help.
