Default Wheel studs too short for 3/8" spacer...

I ordered 3/8" wheel spacers for the front and i have no room for them on my studs.. I have the stock rims too. Ive read where others can get up to 1" spacers on and have no problems. The tops of the studs dont even reach the end of the nuts without the spacers... How would i take the studs out to put new ones in?? Thanks.

you will need arp longer studs. they just knock out with a hammer but you need a impact gun to install the new ones.

when your going to larger spacing like that you may be better off getting wheel adapters rather than spacers.

this where i bought mine.

Just hit them with a hammer and they should pop right out. You will need a impact gun to get the new ones reseated. Also get a nut to use that you don't care about and some washers so it does not dig into the hub.

everytime ive installed one we didnt use an impact. idk what we use at the shop or what its called but its almost like a little bearing type thing that will just pull it in without damaging or stretching the stud or damaging the lug nut. try searching around for it, again i dont know what youd call it but we just use that and a breaker bar i think

Yea Ive seen that. I don't own one but a guy in my shop would use something like that. You could use a breaker bar but it mite be hard to keep the hub from turning.

x2 its hard to keep the hub from spinning if you were to do it by hand impact gun will take 2sec.
