Will these rim dims. be a problem
Hi guys,
I've contomplating on upgrading from my old stock wheels that came on my 99 Blazer 4D 4WD. Being a long time fan of Cragar SS, I came a cross a set of Cragar 641 Super Star 15x8. It's kinda funny that they look allmost exactly like a Pacer brand rim I've seen. Anyway they are 15x8 5x4.75 bolt with a +19mm Offset & a 5.25 backspace.
I just paid a large sum for new Michelin LTX A/T 2 in 235/75 15 size so I will just stick to those tires for now.
So since I have a stock size tire, but 8" wide wheel compaired to 7" stock & +19mm offset compaired to the +34mm/+50mm stock offset, and the 5.25" backspace compaired to the 6" stock backspace. I'm worried it might be a problem with tire rubing. And for the cost of these tires, I can't take a chance.
I would be greatfull if anyone could help me make a good decision.
Thanks in advance
