if u have factory size tires with these camaro wheels will they stick out further then the fenders?

For a non-ZR2, I "think" they will push the tires out to just about even with the fenders. Others on here can give you a definative answer on that as we have a few members running them on 4X4's.

reason i ask is cuz everyone ive ever seen have the camaro rims have all terrain tires like 30in+ , wouldlike to see a angle view to see if there in the fender or flush with them...

Well, I forgot to update on this thread....
Turns out someone else got to them before I could. Oh well, these aren't to hard to find, and they are even cheaper than soft 8s : )
