How the f do you get a profile picture, i ahve been lookin like crazy..?

its called avatar. i think anyway, unless you mean profile pic then I dunno

Ya, go to the "user CP" link, and on the left of the page, scroll down a little you'll see "edit avatar" click on that then upload your desired picture.

'Profile Picture' and 'Avatar' are two different things, but are both accessible from the User's Control Panel.
