What the hell is this in this port right here some type of deposit carbon or is it from mixing some kind of antifreeze or did somebody put something in my system or what.

If you guys have a fix for this also on my block I believe it's where the starter connects should I just clamp it closed JB weld it and move on or actually try to weld it

I hear that 4 contacts where power comes in is the prob alot of times.. well not here. This one appears to have completely burned a trace slap up.. can i solder a jumper to connect the trace once again??
