Heater core leak in Fall of 2009 caused previous owner to garage it where it sat until I got it in exchange for helping him fix the service entrance to the garage (replaced a rotten door frame).
Winched it on to a trailer and hauled it home making my wife even more unhappy with me.

Replace heater core. Flush cooling system. Flush fule tank and lines. Replace fule filter. Flush brake system. Replace L/R brake cylinder rubber boots (dry rot). Charge battery.
See if it will fire up.
It did; drove it 26 miles and the oil pump failed and cooked the engine.
